In our words
A quiet obsession with doing it right.
For nearly four decades, Ovenfresh has stood for one idea — that a bakery's work is judged by what comes out of the oven in the morning, not by what is said about it. Every loaf, cake, and pastry on our counters begins the night before at our bakehouse in Zakura, and travels the same morning to our shops. That is the whole of the recipe.
